3.1. The Subject Of The Order Are Cleaning Services In The Facilities Of The Naval Museum In Gdynia In The Period 01/02/2025 - 31/01/2026.3.2. The Museum Is Open To Visitors On The Following Days: From Tuesday To Sunday And On Public Holidays Important For The Ministry Of National Defense, I.E. May 3, June 28, August 15, November 11 And 28. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Opening Hours Of The Museum, About Which The Contractor Will Be Informed In Advance.3.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Performed By At Least 3 People Directly Performing Work In The Facility. The Scope Of Duties Should Be Permanently Assigned To Each Of The Above-Mentioned Persons In The Scope Of (For Example): - Cloakroom Service, - Morning And Afternoon Office Cleaning (Monday - Friday, Minimum 4 Hours) Plus Afternoon Exhibition Cleaning - 4 Hours, - Emergency Exhibition Cleaning From Tuesday To Sunday (During Opening Hours For Visitors).3.4. The Division Of Work Should Be Permanent (Agreed With The Ordering Party). Changes Are Allowed Only In Justified Cases.3.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Appointment Of A Person To Supervise The Contractors Staff - A Coordinator, Who Will Be Available During The Working Hours Of The People Providing The Services.3.6.
