Learning how to develop a ToC by identifying key project outcomes, necessary preconditions, and the pathways that connect them. Developing skills in creating visual diagrams (ToC maps) that clearly show how a projects activities lead to desired outcomes. Integrating stakeholder engagement in the process to ensure the ToC reflects the perspectives of all involved parties. Both Theory of Change and Project Cycle Management complement each other. ToC can guide the design and planning of projects, while PCM helps manage the practical implementation and ongoing monitoring. Integrating both ensures projects are not only well-structured but also flexible, with measurable impacts and clear pathways to achieving goals.
