The Norwegian Agency For It And Learning (Stil) Announces A Tender For A Framework Agreement For Consulting Assistance For Stils Data Warehouse And Other Data Systems. Stil Is Responsible For Data In The Children And Education Area Under The Ministry Of Children And Education. For A Number Of Years, The Board Has Collected Statistical Data From The Sector And Since 2013 Supported It With A Data Warehouse Platform, From Which Data Is Displayed Via Öddenningsstatistik.Dk, Which Is Accessed Annually By Around 500,000 Public Users. Data Is Also Used Extensively In The Ministrys Case Processing, Analysis And Quality Work, Etc. A Consultant Pool Of 14 Consultants Is Required For Assistance With It Operation, Maintenance, Advice/Analyses/Poc Implementation And Development In The Areas Of Data Integrations, Backend Data Processing (Etl), Frontend Data Processing (Bi), Testing, Portal And User-Oriented Security As Well As Solution Architecture. The Tasks Will Be Solved In Close Cooperation With The Customer, And The Consultants Will Form Part Of The Data Offices Agile Teams. The Applications For Which Consulting Assistance Is Requested Are The Data Warehouse Incl. The Portal Öddenningsstatistik.Dk, The Distribution Data System And The Data Reporting Systems. During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Stil Intends To Do A Full Or Partial Re-Implementation Of The Portal And The Data Warehouse To A More Modern Data Platform.
