Architectural, Engineering And Surveying Services – Processing Of Project Documentation – Remediation And Recultivation Of The Mining Waste Storage Site – Heřmanice Dump. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Processing Of A) Project Documentation And B) The Performance Of Engineering Activities For The Purpose Of The Successful Implementation Of The Construction. Ad A) The Project Documentation Will Be Processed In Accordance With Generally Binding Regulations And In Such A Scope And Quality That, On The Basis Of It, A Final Decision On The Permission Of The Project Will Be Issued According To Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Of The (New) Building Act, As Amended (Hereinafter Referred To As Nsz). The Project Documentation Will Be Further Processed Into The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer For The Execution Of The Project So That, On The Basis Of It, The Contracting Authority Can Carry Out A Proper Procurement Procedure For The Implementer Of The Project, I.E. At Least To The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer For The Implementation Of The Plan In The Sense Of § 92 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, As Amended, And Related Implementing Regulations (In Particular Decree No. 169/2016 Coll., On Determining The Scope Of Documentation For Public Contracts For Construction Works And The List Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services With A Statement Acreage, As Amended), I.E. In Accordance With The Definition Of The Level Of Fulfillment Of The Pdps According To Annex No. 1 Business Terms And Conditions (Binding Text Of The Draft Contract). Ad B) The Performance Of Engineering Activities Will Mainly Consist In The Discussion Of Project Documentation With The Relevant Authorities, Owners Of The Land Concerned, Administrators Of Engineering Networks, Etc. (Providing All Necessary Permits, Decisions, Consents And Opinions, Unless Expressly Stated Otherwise), Including Obtaining A Valid Decision On Planning Permission. The Subject Of Performance Is Also The Provision Of Cooperation By The Contracting Authority In The Implementation Of Other Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Construction. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Not The Supervision Of The Designer. A Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes To The Procurement Documentation (Especially Annexes No. 2 And 3. Procurement Documentation).
