The Object Of The Procurement Is The Complete Delivery Of A Building Made Of Movable Space Elements To Be Used As Additional Space For The Teaching And Related Activities Of Latokartano Elementary School For A Ten-Year Lease Period. As Premises For Rent, The Object Used By The Customer Is Implemented As A Total Delivery, Where The Supplier Is Responsible For Planning, Obtaining Permits Together With The Customer And The Main Designer, Earthworks And Foundations, Construction Of The Premises, Installations, Connection To The Networks, Putting Them Into Working Condition And Training In The Use Of The Premises, And At The End Of The Rental Period, Removal Of The Object And Foundations Dismantling In Accordance With The Procurement Program And Other Attached Documents. The Schools Anticipated Additional Space Requirement Is 120 Space, And The Extent According To The Space Program Is About 520 Useful Square Meters. The Technical Specifications Of The Additional Space Building To Be Acquired Are Presented In The Procurement Program Included In The Attached Material Of The Request For Tender. The Additional Space To Be Acquired Or Part Of It Can Also Be Realized From The Space Elements Used, Provided That The Elements Are Safe, Healthy And Meet The Requirements Of The Design Guidelines And Comply With The Regulations Of The Authorities. The Targeted Start Date For The Construction Of The Site Is Early 2025.
