The Building Functions As A Municipal Hospital, As In 2010. A Project Was Prepared For The Reconstruction Of The Second Floor Of The Building Into A Home For The Elderly. The Project Was Completed The Same Year, And The Floor Began To Perform Its Function In 2011. At The Beginning Of 2010 The Hospital Building Stopped Working, And Today Only The Second Floor (Old Peoples Home) And The First Ground Floor Are Used As Private Doctors Offices. Basement And Third Floor Are Not Used. It Is Situated As A Free Development With An Entrance From Ul. Manure. It Is Adjacent To Streets And Another Upi. The Building Has An Additional Annex In Its Western Part, Immediately Next To The Entrance To The Property, Which Performs The Function Of Entrance And Vertical Communication To The Home For The Elderly, Located At Elevation +3.52. The Attached Volume Does Not Have Access To The Other Floors Of The Municipal Hospital Building. The Object Of The Project Development Is The Second Floor, Performing The Function Of A Home For The Elderly (Elevation +3.52), The Additional Annex (Entrance And Vertical Communication) And A Laundry Room With The Corresponding Service Rooms To It (Part Of The Elevation +0.00). The Object, In Which The Floors And Premises Of The Project Development Are Located, Is A Monolithic Three-Story Building With A Semi-Excavated Basement. The Old Peoples Home Has Rooms For The Elderly, A Kitchen With A Canteen, Storage Rooms, Administrative Rooms And Technical Rooms. The Construction Is Skeleton-Beam, Reinforced Concrete, Monolithic, With Non-Load-Bearing Facade Walls And Non-Load-Bearing Internal Partition Walls. The Facades Of The Building Have Positive Thermal Insulation With A Thickness Of 5 Cm Eps, The External Plaster Is In A Satisfactory Condition, And In Certain Places After The Removal Of External Air Conditioning Units, Its Integrity And The Thermal Insulation Layer Below It Are Partially Or Completely Compromised. Most Of The Windows Have Been Replaced With Double-Glazed Pvc. Unreplaced Joinery Is Wooden. The Roof Of The Building Has A Wooden Supporting Structure, Multi-Pitched, With A Slope Of 40%. Drainage Is Through Horizontal Gutters On The Periphery Of The Roof And Vertical Downpipes, Draining The Rainwater Freely Onto The Ground. Heating In The Old Peoples Home Is Via Air Conditioners. There Is No Separate Room On The Floor For The Main Electrical Panel. There Are Two Electric Boards At The Beginning And Middle Of The Main Corridor. The Lighting Fixtures Have Been Replaced In All Rooms. The Existing Electrical Installation Was Repaired In The Building. The Sanitary Equipment In The Sanitary Premises Have Been Partially Replaced. In The Premises Serving Food Preparation, The Utensils Have Been Partially Replaced. There Is No Ventilation System In The Kitchen Area. Hot Water Is Supplied By Electric Boilers Located In Sanitary Facilities. The Appliances In The Laundry Room Have Been Completely Replaced. The Nursing Home Has A Partial Replacement Of Flooring And Finishing Layers In The Bedroom Area, Staff Quarters And Common Areas. In The Sanitary Facilities, There Is A Complete Replacement Of The Floor And Wall Coverings. In Most Of The Floors, The Flooring, Wall Coverings, Plaster On Walls And Ceilings Are Partially Or Completely Compromised.
