The Municipality Of Cartagena Requires The Concession Of The National Property For Public Use (B.N.U.P), Intended For Commercial Exploitation In The Area Of ​​Entertainment Park, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In These Bases. The Land And Municipal Equipment Subject To This Proposal Will Be Delivered In The Current Conditions, And The Concessionaire Must Carry Out Repairs Or Improvements, Which Must Be Coordinated With The D.A.F Technical Unit And With The Support In Supervision And Reception In Accordance With The Directorate Of Municipal Works Of The Same, All Works And Improvements Will Be For Municipal Benefit.
