The Desired Services Require Economic, Accounting And Financial Skills With A View To Monitoring Public Service Delegation Contracts (Cdsp). It Is Also Expected To Monitor The Evolution Of The Regulation Of Environmental Standards For Maritime Transport Between Corsica And The French Continent. The Expected Services Must Allow The Otc To Determine The Financial Impact And Study The Proposals Made By The Delegatees Within The Framework Of Article 11.2 Of The Cdsp Contracts, And To Support It In Taking Decision. These Services Must Be Carried Out In Close Collaboration With The Otc Services And More Particularly The Management Control Service.
