Work Detail
It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Development Of The Zero Trust Architecture For The Telematics Infrastructure. The First Implementation Stage Of Zero Trust Addresses The Specialist Application Insured Master Data Management (Vsdm) 2.0, Which Is To Be Introduced On January 1, 2026 In Accordance With Section 291A Paragraph 4 In Conjunction With Section 291B Paragraph 2 Sentence 3 Sgb V. The Focus Here Is On Stationary Access To Ti For Service Provider Institutions (Lei) (Windows, Macos, Linux). Vsdm 2.0 And The Popp Service (Proof Of Patient Presence) Required For This Are Seen As An Application Or Service Of Ti 2.0 And Are Accessed Via The Internet. The New Security Architecture Required For This Is Provided Via Zero Trust. For This Purpose, The Contractor Develops The Zero Trust Components. Since No Digital Identities For Lei Will Be Available When Zero Trust Is Introduced, The Existing Identities Via Smc-B Or Sm-B Will Be Used To Authenticate The Lei When Zero Trust Is Introduced. These Identities Are Accessed Via The Connector, The Ti Gateway Or The High-Speed Connector (Hsk). The Zero Trust Components Already Include The Attestation Function Using The Trusted Platform Module (Tpm) For Primary Systems. In The Second Implementation Stage, The Zero Trust Components For Mobile Access To Ti For Insured Persons Will Be Expanded. Due To The Existing Mechanisms Of Common Smartphone Platforms (Ios, Android), Device Attestation And Secure Storage Of Cryptographic Keys Can Be Implemented Immediately. The Existing Sectoral Identity Providers (Idp) Of The Health Insurance Companies Are Used To Authenticate The Insured Persons. This Implementation Level Particularly Addresses Ti Applications With A Mobile Application For Insured Persons, Such As: B. The New Future Ti Application E-Invoice. In Addition, Stationary Access (Desktop Client) With Attestation Function (Tpm) Is Supported For Insured Persons. Further Development Services For The Zero Trust Architecture Of The Telematics Infrastructure Can Be Accessed Via A Framework Agreement Following The Development Of The Two Implementation Stages. The Aim Is To Fully Introduce The Zero Trust Architecture For Ti 2.0 And Its Ti Applications And To Integrate Additional Ti 2.0 Platform Parts That Will Be Available In The Future. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement (Condition Subsequent To The Framework Agreement) Is Eur 12,000,000. Individual Calls Are Entirely At The Discretion Of The Client; There Is No Obligation To Call Them.
