Tenders are invited for Vertical Extension of 3rd to 4th Floor over Existing 2nd Floor of the Jashore NSI Office Building including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Eligibility of Tenderer: (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) number works of RCC frame structure of 02 (two) storied building works successfully completed in Govt. / Semi-Govt./ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 years, with a value of at least Tk. 220.00 Lac under single contracts or tenders (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.400.00 Lac in the last 5 years. (d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk.100.00 Lac. If tenderer submit liquid asset document, he must be declared an unconditional statement over through bank that tenderer will expends that liquid asset for the execution of that particular work (Name of the work as PW3-7 Form). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in e-GP. (e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 280.00 Lac. (f) Tenderers may participate in the Tender as JVCA. Maximum number of partners in the JV shall not be more than 3. (g)Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (h)The tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate ii) Valid VAT registration certificate. iii) Up-to-date trade license iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB. All other conditions in TDS, PCC, ITT,GCC ,Section 1 to 9 of document part and all necessary documents must submit in e-PW3 format. Otherwise tender will be rejected.
