Expression of Interest For Scalemashreq Program In Kurdistan - Extending Business Support To Tech And Tech-Enabled Startups

Expression of Interest are invited for Scalemashreq Program in Kurdistan - Extending Business Support to Tech and Tech-Enabled Startups Scope of Work The implementing partner will build on its own experience, reach, and network to develop an effective approach to help tech and tech-enabled growth-stage startups secure follow-on funding with a focus on women and FDPs. This should include, but not limited to, the following activities: A. Identify and choose a pool of growth-stage startups that have the potential to succeed in securing follow-on funding when specific interventions/activities are applied. Startups participating in the program must include a representation from FDPs and female led or co-led startups. IFC will have to agree to the final list through providing a no objection to the implementing partner(s). B. Conduct an in-depth assessment of the investment readiness level of the above startups and outline the specific interventions/activities required for each of them. C. Implement those interventions/activities to help startups raise funds as measured by a benefit/cost ratio of at least 2:1. D. Report on the progress as it relates to implementation of activities and amounts of additional funds raised. E.
