Geotechnical Engineering Services – Leiferde Stop - Geotechnical Investigations. As Part Of The Station Offensive Of The “Lower Saxony Is On Train 3” Investment Program, Among Other Things: The Train Stop In The Leiferde District South Of Todays Pedestrian Underpass Between Thiedebacher Weg And Bahnhofstrasse Will Be Reactivated. The Existing Underpass Between Thiedebacher Weg And Bahnhofstrasse Was Built In The 1960S As A Platform Access Route, But Has Been Publicly Dedicated And Maintained Since The Stop Was Abandoned In The 1970S City Of Braunschweig. Due To The Steep Ramps In The East And West, The Path Is Not Barrier-Free Today. The Leiferde District Is Separated Into An Eastern And A Western Area By The Railway System. Todays Path Under The Tracks Is On Db Property, Serves As An Important Sidewalk Connection Between The Two Parts Of The District And Is The Only Crossing Option Apart From The Schenkendamm. The City Of Braunschweig Is Responsible For The Barrier-Free Design Of The Underpass And Implementation Is At The Citys Discretion. With The Aim Of Upgrading The Existing Path Between The Tracks Between Thiedebacher Weg And Bahnhofstrasse For People With Reduced Mobility, Pedestrians And Cyclists, The City Initially Carried Out A Feasibility Study With Variant Investigations. Details Can Be Found In The Tender Documents. The Scope Of Services Includes The Subsoil Assessment And Foundation Advice In Accordance With Hoai 2021 Annex 1, Section 1.3, Taking Into Account A Presumably Necessary Deep Foundation, As Well As Participation In The Construction Start-Up Consultation With The Company Carrying Out The Construction, As Well As Any Other Characteristic Values Or Similar That May Result From This. B. Subsoil Or Foundation Body. In Addition, The Examination Of The Road Superstructure And The Existing Structures As Well As All Excavated Soils Etc. Must Also Be Taken Into Account With Regard To Pollutant Contamination (According To Laga, Including Pah And Phenol Index Etc.) And Asbestos. In Addition To The Delivery Of Chemical Analysis Values, The Type Of Recording And The Resulting Construction Procedures Must Be Developed. In Addition, Suitable Disposal Routes Must Be Determined And, For Hazardous Waste, Coordination With The Licensing Authorities (Ngs, Trade Inspection Offices And Their Specialist Advisors Such As Tüv And Mining Authorities) Must Be Carried Out And The Necessary Disposal Certificates Must Be Created. Soil Management Must Be Carried Out For The Entire Measure And, After Completion Of The Measure, Drawn Up In Written Form For Submission To The Environmental Agency And/Or For Submission To Political Committees. During The Construction Phase, Acceptance Of The Bridge Construction Work Must Be Taken Into Account With Regard To Foundation Horizons, Pile Production, Pile Test Loads And Integrity Tests As Well As Checking The Documentation For Plausibility And Accuracy As Well As The Acceptance Of The Exposed Base Of The New Road Route Including All On-Site Visits And Statements Required For This.
