The Contractor Has A Commitment To Carry Out Design, Construction Activities And Execution Of Authors Supervision For The Major Repair Of Aprilov Stadium, City Of Gabrovo, According To The Terms Of Reference And Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation. Investment Design Includes The Preparation Of Investment Projects In The Technical Phase, In Accordance With The Technical Terms Of Reference For Design And According To The Requirements Of Ordinance 4/2001. For The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects. Each Project Part Should Contain: An Explanatory Note, The Required Technical Calculations, A Graphic Part - Diagrams, Drawings And Details Clarifying And Ensuring The Implementation Of The Smp, Technical Specification Of The Materials, Required Standards And/Or Parameters, Quantitative Calculations. The Construction Includes The Implementation Of All Activities For The Complete Completion And Commissioning Of The Site - Stage I, According To The Approved Technical Design, Technical Specifications And All Rules And Regulations For Construction In The Bulgarian Legislation. Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Smr - Stage I, Carried Out By The Design Teams, Who Prepared The Technical Documentation In The Sense Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut) Or Authorized Persons With Legal Capacity. The Full Scope Of Activities Is Detailed In The Design Terms Of Reference, The Technical Specification, The Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Participation Documentation. I.
