1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Development Of The General Plan Of The Stegna Commune.2.1. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Current Interpretation Of Government Authorities, Taking Into Account Current Administrative Court Jurisprudence. 2.2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Prepare A Draft General Plan Of The Commune Along With Justification (Text And Graphic Part), Including The Creation Of A Set Of Spatial Data For This Act Of Spatial Planning Within The Meaning Of The Act Of March 4, 2010, On Spatial Information Infrastructure, Taking Into Account The Obligations To Introduce Changes To The Draft General Plan Of The Commune Resulting From: A) Opinions Obtained; B) Arrangements Made; C) Public Consultations; D) Comments Submitted By Employer And Councilors. 2) Preparing Studies Accompanying: A) Urban Planning Inventory; B) Analysis Of The Spatial Conditions Of The Commune Together With External Conditions, C) Ecophysiographic Study Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; D) Analysis Of The Demand For New Housing Development In The Commune, Along With An Indication Of The Suitability Of Individual Areas For The Development Of Utility Functions ; E) Environmental Impact Forecasts.3) Preparation Of Analyses, Documents And Materials Related To The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Including: A) Analysis Of Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons, Bodies And Institutions (Including Applications For The Development Or Amendment Of The Local Plan );B) A List Of Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Submitted By Authorities And Institutions In Response To The Announcement, Along With A Proposal For Their Consideration And Justification;C) A List Of Applications For The Development Or Amendment Of A Local Plan, Including The Proposal For Their Consideration;D) Draft Applications About Opinions On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune And Approval Of The Draft General Plan Of The Commune Together With The Distribution List, Including In The Event Of Renewing The Activities Referred To In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; E) A List Of Opinions On The Draft General Plan Obtained From The Authorities, Institutions And Entities Listed In The Provisions Of The Spatial Planning And Development Act, Along With A Justification As To The Method Of Their Consideration; F) A List Of Arrangements On The Draft General Plan Obtained From The Authorities, Institutions And Entities Listed In Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; G) Draft Announcements And Announcements About The Commencement And Forms Of Public Consultations, Surveys, Geo-Surveys, If Such A Form Of Consultation Is Chosen By The Ordering Party, Including In The Event Of Repeating The Activities Referred To In The Spatial Planning And Development Act; H) A Report Summarizing The Course Of Pub
