The Subject Of The Order Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In: 1) Resolution No. Iii/20/2024 Of The Rybno Commune Council Of June 25, 2024 On Proceeding To Prepare A General Plan, 2) Act Of March 27, 2003 On Planning And Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) And Implementing Regulations To Act, 3) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758) ,4) The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54), 5) The Act Of October 2, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112)6) Regulation Of September 9, 2002, Of The Minister Of The Environment On Ecophysiographic Studies (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2002, Item 155) And The Relevant Special Provisions, 4. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Carrying Out An Urban Inventory And Assessment Of The Existing State Of Development Of The Commune. 2) Preparation Of A General Plan In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development And The Implementing Provisions To The Above-Mentioned. Act. 3) Substantive Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Statutorily Required Letters, Notices, Notices And Announcements: About Starting To Develop A General Plan, About Starting Public Consultations Regarding The Draft Plan And Other Information Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, Announcements Regarding The Document Being Developed, Summaries Of Opinions And Arrangements Required By The Plan Procedure. 4) Preparation Of Materials And Draft Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Architectural And Urban Commission.5) Introducing Corrections And Changes Resulting From The Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure If Necessary And Preparing The Content Of Complaints Against The Decisions. 6) Participation In Public Consultations, Open Meetings, Expert Panels And Providing Relevant Information And Explanations Related To The Solutions Adopted In The Draft Plan. 7) Analyzing And Developing A List Of Obtained Arrangements And Opinions, Together With Possible Corrections In The Draft General Plan. 8) Preparing An Analysis Of Comments And Applications Submitted By Natural And Legal Persons And Those Submitted By Authorities And Institutions, Includi
