Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services Consisting In Providing Temporary Shelter For Homeless People And Temporary Shelter With Care Services For Homeless People From The Area Of The City Of Przasnysz For 2025
Providing Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Przasnysz In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283). The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Shelter Services With Meals, I.E. Provision Of Temporary 24-Hour Shelter In A Shelter With The Necessary Social Conditions. For Homeless People And Conducting Social Work Aimed At Helping In Dealing With Basic Life Matters, Developing Or Strengthening The Activity And Independence Of People Homeless People, Restoring Life In Society. Service Provision Period: All Year Round, 7 Days A Week. The Shelter Cannot Be More Than 100 Km Away From The City Of Przasnysz. The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Is 5 People. Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Customer Needs Due To Their Changing Health Condition And Personal Situation, The Number Of Homeless People Provided By The Ordering Party Is The Number Expected Throughout The Duration Of This Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Above. Number Of People Depending On The Actual Needs In This Area. The Contractor Declares That He Accepts The Above Reservations And Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claims, Including Monetary Ones, Against The Ordering Party. Admission Of A Homeless Person To The Shelter Will Take Place After Prior Arrangement Of The Date, Based On A Personal Referral Issued By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Przasnysz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Life And Health Situation Of The Person Using The Shelter.
