1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Emptying And Managing Municipal Waste From Street Dustbins Placed On Streets And Squares Owned By The City Of Łuków.2. Basket Capacityno. The Contractors Obligation Is To Ensure The Emptying Of Street Garbage Cans Located In The City Of Łuków, In The Locations Indicated Above.4. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Provide Additional Dustbins In The City Of Łuków, But In An Amount Not Exceeding 10 Pieces With A Capacity Not Exceeding 70 Liters. 5. The Ordering Party Requires That Dustbins Be Emptied 7 Times A Week, I.E.: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday And Sunday. Work On Emptying Dustbins Includes: - Emptying (Removing) The Entire Contents Of The Dustpan, Including Removing Impurities Located Under The Insert And Within A Radius Of 2 Meters From The Dustpan, Waste Should Be Placed Directly On The Vehicle And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Law, - Placing A Metal Insert In The Dustpan In A Way That Does Not Cause It To Protrude 1.5 Cm Above The Edge Of The Basket (Baskets Contain Metal Inserts), - Keeping Clean Within A Radius Of 2 Meters From Dustbins, - In The Case Of Dustbins Equipped With Locks (Applies To Dustbins Placed On Playgrounds And The Fountain Square), Each Time They Are Empty, Lock The Dustpans In A Way That Prevents Them From Being Opened By Third Parties.6. As Part Of The Order, It Is Expected That The Dustbins Will Be Kept In Good Technical And Aesthetic Condition.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Additionally Order The Emptying Of Garbage Cans On Public Holidays Or On Days When Municipal Celebrations Occur.8. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of A Waste Transfer Card With The Code 20 03 03 To The City Hall Of Łuków, Department Of Municipal Economy And Environmental Protection, By The 15Th Day Of Each Month Following The End Of The Month In Which The Service Was Provided. 9 Estimated Amount Of Waste Generated In The City Of Łuków In 2025 It May Amount To 84 Mg. The Amount Of Waste Generated In The City Of Łuków Is Not Dependent On The Ordering Party. The Determined Quantities Are Estimates And May Change. 10. The Amount Of Waste Given Above Should Be Treated As Approximate. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration And/Or Compensation For Achieving Other Amounts.11. The Contractor Undertakes To Take Action In An Emergency Manner. Intervention Mode - This Is The Mode In Which The Ordering Party Will Order The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Event Of, For Example, Overflowing Of Street Bins.
