The Subject Of This Order Is: Performance Of The Task Titled: Loading, Removal And Management Of Dewatered, Stabilized Sewage Sludge From Sewage Treatment Plants Located In The Jarosław Commune The Works Referred To Above Should Be Carried Out In A Sequence Enabling Safe Removal And Storage Of Materials And With Maximum Caution. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive: Loading, Disposal ( Transport) And Management Of Dewatered, Stabilized Sewage Sludge (Code 19 08 05) From Two Sewage Treatment Plants Located In The Jarosław Commune: In Kostkowo And Tuczempy. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Following Tasks;  Successive Delivery (Placement) Of Ones Own Sludge Container To The Appropriate Sewage Treatment Plant For Mechanical Loading With A Screw Conveyor From A Belt Press,  Loading Of The Container With Sludge Onto Ones Own Means Of Transport,  Removal Of Sewage Sludge From The Treatment Plant Area To The Place Of Its Management - Processing (Excluding Management Sediments In The Ground) In Accordance With The Decision To Process Waste, In Compliance With The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Of: • The Act Of December 14 2012 On Waste, • Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge, • Act Of April 27, 2001 Environmental Protection Law, - Acceptance Of Responsibility For Further Treatment Of The Sludge In Question In Accordance With The Method Presented And The Place Of Their Management And Bear All Legal And Financial Consequences Related Thereto,  Each Time Settle The Amount Of Sludge Exported On The Basis Of Transfer Cards Waste In The Bdo Register. Stabilized Municipal Sewage Sludge (Code: 19 08 05) Comes From Municipal Sewage Treatment Processes At Two Sewage Treatment Plants: In Kostków (Address: Kostków 95A) And In Tuczempy (Address: Tuczempy, Ul. Sanowa 21). The Sludge Produced, After Biological Stabilization The Oxygen Sewage Is Subjected To A Dewatering Process Using Presses In Both Treatment Plants Belt Plants. The Expected Total Amount Of Dewatered Sludge Produced During The Period Covered By The Order (From Two Treatment Plants) - Approx. 600 Mg (Of Which Approx. 60% From The Treatment Plant In Tuczempy And Approx. 40% From The Treatment Plant In Kostków). Expected Amount Of Dewatered Sludge To Collection And Management By The Contractor - Approx. 600 Mg. Expected, Average Amount Of Sludge Per Month - Approx. 50 Mg/Month. Dry Matter Content In The Sludge - Approx. 14 - 18%. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Sludge Transported And Collection Periods For Reasons Caused By Downtime Or Failures. The Sludge Is Tested With Frequency And To The Extent Consistent With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of February 6, 2015 On Municipal Sewage Sludge.
