As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is To Provide: 1. Installing And Implementing Current Versions Of Application Software;2. Amms Plus System Updates Will Be Performed On The Date Agreed By The Parties To The Contract. The Client Undertakes To Download All Files Necessary To Perform The Update From The Software Manufacturers Ftp. The Update Will Be Performed With The Cooperation Of The Ordering Partys It Employee In A Manner And At A Time That Does Not Conflict With The Ordering Party;3. Adjusting The Configuration Of The Application Software To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including Assistance In Defining Templates, Reports, Dictionaries, Forms, Lists, Etc.;4. Providing Instructions, As Necessary, In The Preparation Of Various Reports, Statements, Etc.;5. Advice On The Preparation Of Data Transferred By The Ordering Party To Superior And Cooperating Units (E.G. The National Health Fund, The Health Department Of The Relevant Office, Banks, Etc.) Service Requests Will Be Submitted By The Ordering Party Via: A Dedicated E-Mail Address, A Dedicated Web Platform, A Dedicated Service Number, Which Will Be Unchanged And Available To The Ordering Party At Any Time Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; 17.
