As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Is To Provide: 1. Installing And Implementing Current Versions Of Application Software;2. Amms Plus System Updates Will Be Performed On The Date Agreed By The Parties To The Contract. The Client Undertakes To Download All Files Necessary To Perform The Update From The Software Manufacturers Ftp. The Update Will Be Performed With The Cooperation Of The Ordering Partys It Employee In A Manner And At A Time That Does Not Conflict With The Ordering Party;3. Adjusting The Configuration Of The Application Software To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Including Assistance In Defining Templates, Reports, Dictionaries, Forms, Lists, Etc.;4. Providing Instructions, As Necessary, In The Preparation Of Various Reports, Statements, Etc.;5. Advice On The Preparation Of Data Transferred By The Ordering Party To Superior And Cooperating Units (E.G. The National Health Fund, The Health Department Of The Relevant Office, Banks, Etc.) In Electronic Form (E.G. Floppy Disks, Telecommunications Links, Etc.);6. Supplementary Consultations, Helping Users In Using The Application Software. Consultations And Training Can Be Conducted Remotely At Designated User Stations And By Telephone;7. Consulting And Assistance In Administering The Oracle Database;8. Performance Tuning And Optimization Of Database Software Configuration, Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Ordering Party And The Requirements Of The Application Software;9. Ongoing Optimization Of Software Configuration Taking Into Account The Needs Of The Ordering Party;10. Assistance In Emergency Recovery, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Of The State Of The Software And Collected Archive Data, Properly Secured By The Ordering Party On Appropriate Media;11. Consulting On The Development Of It Resources;12. Assistance In Removing Software Failures Caused By The Ordering Partys Fault Or As A Result Of Random Accidents;13. Database Integrity Verification;14. Using Telephone Consultations (Hot-Line);15. Maintaining A Register Of Contacts With The Ordering Party Covering The Performance Of Activities, Including Changes To The Software Configuration;16. Service Requests Will Be Submitted By The Ordering Party Via: A Dedicated E-Mail Address, A Dedicated Web Platform, A Dedicated Service Number, Which Will Be Unchanged And Available To The Ordering Party At Any Time Throughout The Duration Of The Contract; 17. If The Application Is Accepted By The Contractor. Between 4 P.M. And Midnight On A Working Day - Is Treated As Received At 8.00 The Next Business Day; B. Between 0.00 A.M. And 8.00 A.M. On A Business Day - Is Treated As Received At 8.00 A.M. On A Given Business Day; C. On A Statutory Or Non-Working Day - Is Treated As Accepted At 8.00 Of The Next Business Day; D. On A Business Day At 8.00 - 16.00 Will Be Treated As Accepted On The Day Of Registration With The Time Of Registration.18.
