The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City Of Bełchatów Within Its Administrative Borders, Together With The Entire Planning Procedure, Including The Development Of The Necessary Documents. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of Preparing A General Plan For The City Of Bełchatów Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of December 9, 2002 On Ecophysiographic Studies; 2) Preparing A Forecast Of The Impact Of The Provisions Of The General Plan On The Environment And Carrying Out A Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment That Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Environmental Information And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments, Hereinafter Referred To As The Act On The Disclosure Of Environmental Information;3) Preparation Of A General Plan Based On And In Accordance With The Procedure Specified In The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Planning And Development Spatial Development, Hereinafter Referred To As The Planning Act, Together With: A) Annexes Required By The Provisions Of The Planning Act And In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 In Regarding The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It, B) Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part In Accordance With The Planning Act. Attention! The Order Must Be Completed In Accordance With The Individual Stages Indicated In The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement.
