In Continuation Of The Broad Political Agreement On Compensation For Mink Breeders And Mink-Related Businesses Affected By Covid-19 (S, V, Rv, Sf And La), It Was Decided On 2 November 2023 That Finansiel Stabilitet Will Be Responsible For Handling The Assets That The State Takes Over From The Mink-Related Businesses. The Task Is Handled In Practice By Finansiel Stabilitets Subsidiary, Fs Ejendomsselskab A/S, Which Is Thus The Contract Party. It Is Expected That Finansiel Stabilitet Will Take Over Assets From A Total Of Approx. 100 Mink Related Businesses, Of Which There Are Expected To Be A Total Of Approx. 70 Properties. The Majority Is Expected To Be Located In Jutland. In Addition To Real Estate And Fixtures, There Will Be A Broad Portfolio Of Assets That, Among Other Things, Are Expected To Be Stockpiles, Including Feed, Vehicle And Machine Fleets, Vehicles, Production Machinery And Operating Equipment. In Connection With The Handling Of The Acquired Assets, Finansiel Stabilitet Will Need Insurance For The Assets Until They Are Sold. This Tender Relates To The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement On Insurance Services Valid From 15 February 2025. The Framework Agreement Is Expected To Have An Estimated Value Of Dkk 3.0 Million. Dkk The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Value Of Dkk 5.0 Million. Dkk For The Initial Agreement Period Of 12 Months And A Maximum Value Of Dkk 8.0 Million. Dkk For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Any Extensions Of Up To 36 Months.
