Nordværk Is A Waste Community Owned By Six North Jutland Municipalities: Hjørring, Brønderslev, Jammerbugt, Mariagerfjord, Rebild And Aalborg. From 1 January 2025, Nordværk Will Also Be Owned By Læsø Municipality. Nordværk Is Responsible For Waste Collection From 400,000 Citizens And The Operation Of Recycling Sites In Hjørring Municipality, Aalborg Municipality, Brønderslev Municipality, Rebild Municipality And Jammerbugt Municipality. Nordværk Needs To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Waste Bins. Nordværk Expects That During The Term Of The Framework Agreement There Will Be A Need To Purchase The Following Waste Bins: • Waste Bins (The Waste Bins Will Primarily Be For Glass Waste, As The Framework Agreement Also Includes Waste Bins With Drop-In Holes For Cardboard/Paper Waste As Well As Plastic/Metal Waste/Food And Drink Cartons) . • Spare Parts For The Above Waste Bins. Refer To The Other Material For A More Detailed Description Of Nordværks Requirements For The Waste Bins, Terms Of Delivery And The Like. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When It Is Signed By Nordværk And The Winning Tenderer - But No Earlier Than 1 March 2025. The Framework Agreement Will Then Run For Two Years, Unless Nordværk Makes Use Of An Extension Option Beforehand. Nordværk Can Extend The Framework Agreement By A Maximum Of Two Years. Extension Takes Place On Unchanged Terms. It Should Be Noted That Nordværk - Immediately Following The Signing Of The Framework Agreement - Expects To Place The Following Orders For Waste Bins (With The Following Expected Delivery Times): • 25 Pcs. Waste Bins For Glass Waste, Which Must Be Delivered On 1 June 2025 To Aalborg Municipality (Although Preferably Sooner If This Is Possible) • 50 Pcs. Waste Bins For Glass Waste, To Be Delivered In August 2025 To Aalborg Municipality • 50 Pcs. Waste Bins For Glass Waste, To Be Delivered In October 2025 To Aalborg Municipality Nordværk Has Estimated The Total Value Of The Framework Agreement Throughout Its Term To Be Dkk 6,375,000.00 Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Based On The Information Available At The Time Of The Tender Regarding The Price Level And Number Of Waste Bins Expected To Be Purchased During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. In This Connection, It Can Be Stated That Nordværk Expects To Purchase Approximately 25 Waste Bins (For Aalborg Municipality) Per Quarter During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. However, It Cannot Be Denied That During The Term Of The Framework Agreement It Is Necessary To Purchase More Waste Bins Than Originally Envisaged.
