Tenders Are Invited For European Public Procurement Accounting Services

The Municipality Of Coevorden Wishes To Put Its Accounting Services Out To Tender Again With Effect From September 1, 2025, And The Municipality Is Looking For A Pragmatic, Constructive And Innovative Cooperation Partner. The Intended Service Consists Of The Following Components: • The Certification Function, Aimed At Providing An Accountants Opinion On The Annual Accounts. This Includes The Appendices Associated With The Single Information Single Audit; • The Natural Advisory Function, Arising From And Inextricably Linked To The Certifying Function; • Administrative Supporter Of The Municipal Council; • Execution Of The Interim Audit; • General Support On Issues Or Providing Feedback On Them; • Advisor To The Mayor And Aldermen With Regard To (Administrative) Information Provision Insofar As This Results From The Interim And Annual Accounts Audits; • Providing An Accountants Opinion On Various Partial Declarations. The Estimated Value Is €100,000 Per Year. The Contract Value Is €600,000 For The Total Term Of Six Years. The Above Amounts Are Exclusive Of Vat.
