Tenders Are Invited For Consultancy Services For Project Officer For The Kingston Public Hospital (Kph) Redevelopment Project Objectives Of The Consultancy The Services Of A Project Officer Will Be Required To Provide Operational And Technical Support To The Kingston Public Hospital Redevelopment Project. Under The Direction Of The Project Manager The Project Officer Will Oversee All Project Stages, Including Planning, Implementation, Monitoring And Control, And Closure. This Role Will Involve Ensuring Compliance With Project Requirements And Taking Necessary Corrective Actions. Qualification And Experience Interested Consultants Should Provide Information Demonstrating That They Have The Required Qualifications And Experience To Perform The Services. The Consultant Should Satisfy The Following Requirements: (I) Bachelors Degree In Architecture Or Other Built Environment Discipline (Ii) At Least Five (5) Years Experience In The Building Construction Industry (Iii) At Least Two (2) Years Experience In The Use Of Microsoft Projects For Scheduling And Autocad Software (Iv) A Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (Tcc) Or Tax Compliance Letter (Tcl).
