This Community Facility Covers An Area Of ​​2,080 M² Distributed In Two Independent Structural Volumes: -Volume 1: Administrative Offices And Services 348 M²: This Volume Will House The Administrative Offices And Services, With A Structure Made Of Metalcon C90 Galvanized Steel Profiles. - Volume 2: Logistics Shed 1,732 M²: Composed Of Three Independent Warehouses, Each With A Tubest-Type Structure And Perimeter Enclosures In Metalcon C90 Profiles. The Project Also Includes The Intervention Of 1,181 M² Of Outdoor Areas, Intended For Road Pavements, Parking Lots, Pedestrian Paths, And The Installation Of Ornamental Lighting. These Works Will Guarantee Universal Accessibility And Functionality Of The Interior Patio. In Addition To The Execution Of The Work, The Proposal Includes The Acquisition And Installation Of The Furniture, Artifacts And Equipment Necessary For The Full Operation Of The Facilities. The Project Involves The Development Of Architectural And Specialty Projects, Along With Their Corresponding Technical Specifications And Reports. This Project Will Be Executed Under A Turnkey Modality, Which Means That The Awarded Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Phases Of The Project. This Includes The Preparation Of The Final Projects, Obtaining All Required Permits And Authorizations, The Complete Construction And Final Delivery Of The El Montijo Logistics Center. The Contractor Must Guarantee That The Work Is Delivered In Perfect Operational Condition, Complying With All Current Technical And Regulatory Requirements.
