Tenders Are Invited For Acting As A Substitute Investor In The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Estrada Poznańska Building Along With The Delivery Of Equipment And Fittings

The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Including Performing The Duties Of A Substitute Investor During The Preparation And Conduct Of An Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Estrada Poznańska Building Together With The Delivery Of Equipment And Fittings (Hereinafter Referred To As: Task Or Investment), In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Construction Works, Swz And The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Of Construction Works, Contracts With Institutions Co-Financing The Task And In Accordance With Applicable Law, I.E. Comprehensive Legal, Financial And Technical Services For The Task And Cooperation In The Implementation Of The Contract For Co-Financing The Task. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Substitute Investor With An Overview Of The Current Construction Design And New Design Assumptions (Design Changes) Resulting From The Current Construction Design Prepared For The Investment. Under The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, The Duties Of The Substitute Investor Include, Among Others: 1) Performing Investor Supervision In Accordance With The Applicable Polish Construction Law;2) Control Of The Correctness Of The Technical Documentation Of The Investment;3) Ensuring The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Guidelines For Supervising Investments Co-Financed With Funds From The European Union;4) Supervision And Control Over The Proper And Timely Implementation Of The Investment;5) Representing The Interests Of The Ordering Party At The Construction Site In Matters Technical And Financial As Part Of Design Documentation, Construction Law And Contracts Regarding Implementation Of The Investment;6) Supporting The Ordering Party In All Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project;7) Monitoring The Progress Of Work, Including Submitting Periodic Reports/Reports Regarding It, Which Will Take Into Account Both Material And Financial Indicators;8) Securing Professional And Complete Investor Supervision Of The Completed Works;9) Cooperation With The Authors Supervision;10) Solving Current Technical Problems During Implementation Of The Task;11) Material And Timely Supervision In The Preparation Of Documents Necessary To Obtain All Decisions Necessary In The Investment Process, Including Occupancy Permits;12) Material And Financial Settlement Of Construction Works;13) Maintaining Ongoing Contact With All Participants Of The Investment And Coordinating Reporting In Material Scope Between These Participants; 14) Control And Supervision Of Compliance Of The Works With The Relevant Requirements For Health And Safety, Fire Safety, Regulations Related To Environmental Protection;15) Controlling The Compliance Of The Works Performed With The Design Documentation, Contract And Work Schedule In Force During Implementation;16) Organizing, At Least Once A Week, Constructi
