1) The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 In A Maximum Amount Of 60 Mg/Month And Its Transport Directly To The Installation For Management. 2) Common Procurement Vocabulary: 90500000 - 2 - Services Related To Waste 90533000 – 2 Waste Management Services 90512000 - 9 - Waste Transport Servicesthe Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: Successive Collection And Management Of Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 In A Maximum Amount Of 60 Mg/Month From The Waste Transfer Station Located In Rozwarzyn 40, Nakło Nad Notecią Commune And Their Transport Directly To The Installation For Processing. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In A Manner Consistent With The Requirements Of Relevant Legal Provisions, Including Environmental Protection, Sanitary, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection, Local Law Provisions, And In Particular: A) The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) And Implementing Acts To The Act. B) Provisions Of The Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended) And Implementing Acts To The Act.4) The Description Of The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: - Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 4 To Swz.5) Waste Being The Subject Of These Proceedings Will Be Collected Each Time Within 24 Hours From The Time Of Notification By The Ordering Party. The Form Of Reporting Is To Provide Information In Writing Via E-Mail To The Address Provided By The Contractor Or By Phone To The Telephone Number Provided By The Contractor. 6) Waste Should Be Transported In A Way That Prevents The Waste From Spreading Outside The Means Of Transport, In Particular From Spilling, Dusting And Leaking, And Minimizing Odor Nuisance. Waste Should Be Transported Together With A Document Confirming The Type Of Waste Transported, In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste And The Data Of The Person Ordering The Transport Of Waste. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Vehicles Used Are In Proper Sanitary And Technical Condition (Washing, Disinfection Of Equipment, Service) In Conditions That Meet Environmental Protection And Sanitary Requirements.7) Vehicles Transporting Waste Should Be Marked In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 7, 2016.
