The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Reliable And Timely Execution Of The Order.9. A Declaration Regarding The Intended Use Of The Purchased Gas For Excise Tax Purposes Will Be Provided To The Contractor After Signing The Contract.10. Natural Gas Will Be Supplied In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266) And Implementing Acts To This Act.11.
