The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch Homeless Dogs From The Biała Piska Commune In The Period From January 1, 2025 To December 31, 2025, Take Care Of Them And Keep Them In A Shelter For Homeless Animals Until Adoption, I.E.: 1) Catching Them In A Humane Way Homeless Dogs From The Biała Piska Commune And Their Transport To A Shelter In The Town Where The Contractor Will Take Care Of Homeless Dogs. Stray Dogs Will Be Caught No Later Than 24 Hours After Receiving The Report, And In The Case Of A Dog That Has Bitten A Human, It Will Be Caught Within No Longer Than 4 Hours And Delivered To A Veterinarian For Observation; 2) Dogs Caught And Kept In A Shelter Will Be Provided With Comprehensive Veterinary Care;3) Providing Animals In The Shelter With Proper Care And Proper And Humane Treatment, Feeding, Constant Access To Water, And Rooms Protected From Cold, Heat And Precipitation; 4) Keeping Records Of Admitted And Released Dogs.
