The Registration Fee should be Paid by the Specified Date for the Four (4) Establishments Mentioned in the Advertisement. The Relevant Registration Fee should be Credited to the Bank Account of the Respective Establishment. Applications, Made in Accordance with the Specimen Form Provided in this Advertisement, should be Sent by Post or Hand-Delivered to the Relevant Establishment on or before 26.12.2024. The Date "Registration of Suppliers and Contractors - 2025" must be Written on the Top Left Corner of each Application. A Separate Application must be Submitted for each Item of Supplies or Services. All Applications must be Accompanied by the Bank Receipt for the Registration Fee as Specified above. Since this Authority Operates One Branch Office in each of its 25 Districts, Special Consideration will be Given to Suppliers in the Respective Areas for Obtaining the Necessary Supplies and Services for Those District Offices In Cases Where Bids are Called, Suppliers Who Fail to Meet Bid Requirements, Fail to Deliver Goods on Time, or do not Supply Goods as Per the Provided Specifications or Samples, will be Removed from the Register without Prior Notice. Bids are Generally Called for the Purchase of Goods from Registered Suppliers.
