Request for Proposal for Landscaping & Ground Maintenance Services For Blue Hills Power Station The Company Requires The Provision Of Landscaping & Grounds Maintenanceservices At Its Blue Hills Power Station (Bhps) Site, For A Period Of Two (2) Years As Described Herein (The “Services”). 2. The Contractor Shall Carry Out The Services On Behalf Of The Company In Accordance With These Tender Documents To The Reasonable Satisfaction Of The Company. 3. Unless Otherwise Stated, The Contractor Shall Provide All Labour, Materials, Equipment And Supplies Required To Perform The Services And Which Shall Be Of A Quality Fit For The Purpose For Which They Are To Be Used. 4. The Following Stages Describes In General, But Does Not Limit The Scope Of The Services Which The Contractor Shall Be Required To Perform: 4.1 The Contractor Shall Be Required To Perform Landscaping Services & Grounds Maintenance Services For The Blue Hills Power Station (Bhps) Site. (See Section 6, Figure 1). This Will Include The Additional Generation Sites Located In The Northeast And Southwest Areas Of The Compound. 4.2 The Contractor Shall Be Required To Ensure That Areas Around Structures, Such As Fences, Tanks, Auxiliary Pipe Works And Fire Water Lines, Are Cleared Of Vegetation. 4.3 The Contractor Will Be Required To Provide Personnel On The Property Monday Through Friday And On Special Occasions As The Company May Direct To Perform The Services Detailed
