Refuse And Waste Related Services – Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 20 01 21* (Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury). 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Collection And Management Of Waste Code 20 01 21*, In A Way That Ensures The Transfer Of Responsibility For Waste Management To The Next Waste Holder. 2. The Order Covers The Collection And Management Of Waste With Code 20 01 21* (Fluorescent Lamps And Other Waste Containing Mercury) In An Amount Of Up To 8 Mg, Including 4 Mg Under The Basic Order And 4 Mg Under The Option. 3. As Part Of This Order, The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option In Whole Or In Part, At One Time Or In Several Parts. There Is An Option For The Collection And Management Of Waste Code 20 01 21* In An Amount Of Up To 4 Mg. The Ordering Party Has No Influence On The Stream Of Waste Received Due To The Very High Variability Of This Stream And Therefore (In The Event Of An Increase In The Stream Of Waste Code 20 01 21* And There Is A Need For Continuation Of The Service), Reserves The Right To Use The Option. 4. Waste Collected From The Ordering Party Will Be Transferred To The Entity That Has The Decision Specified In Art. 27 Section 2 Point 1 Or 2 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste, Indicated By The Contractor Before Signing The Contract. 5. Due To The Subject Matter, The Order Must Be Completed, In Particular In Accordance With The Following. Regulations: A. Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste; B. Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law; C. Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities. 6. The Contractor Will Collect The Above-Mentioned Waste From The Ordering Party From The Installation: Municipal Waste Disposal Plant, Ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn. 7. For Settlements Between The Parties, The Amount Of Waste Collected Will Be Determined According To The Measurement On The Ordering Partys Electronic Vehicle Scale. 8. The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Confirmed By A Waste Transfer Card - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. 9. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In View Of Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capabilities Are Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of The Directive 2014/24/Ue, If They Account For More Than 10% Of The Order Value.
