The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of A Preparation For Wetting Solid Coal Dust, Intended For Use As An Additive To Water In Dust Prevention And To Eliminate Harmful Dust In Underground Mining Plants. Dust Control On Longwall And Roadheaders, Hauling Of Mined Material, Sprinkling The Area Around Mining Machines And Equipment, Periodic Washing Of The Roof And Sides Of Workings, For Use In Water Curtains And Mist Systems. The Product Must Be Approved For Use In Underground Workings Of Mining Plants In Non-Methane And Methane Fields, In Workings Classified As Grades A, B And C Of Methane Explosion Risk And Class A And B Of Coal Dust Explosion Risk. 2. The Estimated Quantity Of The Ordered Product Is 400 Tons. Deliveries Will Be Carried Out Within 24 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Periodic Orders Sent Via The Edi System. 3. The Contractor Should Ensure Continuity Of Deliveries According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. 4.
