Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis - Elaboration Of Feasibility Study For The Project High Speed Road Bucharest-Giurgiu. The Strategy Regarding The Romanian Road Infrastructure Envisages The Efficient Handling Of Traffic, Balanced Regional Development, The Elimination Of Gaps And The Application Of An Effective Management And Maintenance System For All National Roads. The Need, Opportunity And Viability Of Building The Road Sector Between Bucharest And Giurgiu Was Identified And Quantified At The Level Of The Investment Program For The Development Of Transport Infrastructure For The Period 2021-2030, Approved By Hg 1312/30.12.2021, Being Included As A Priority Within The Projects Of Infrastructure That Make Up Connectivity Corridor 2 - Moldova Corridor, Which Ensures The Connection On The North-South Axis Between Moldova And Muntenia But Also Between Ukraine/Moldova And Bulgaria, At The Continental Transit Level. Currently, The Connection Between Bucharest And Giurgiu Is Made On The National Road (Dn) 5. D.P.D.V. Of The Transport Policy, The General Objective Of The Strategy In The Field Of Transport Is The Provision Of Infrastructure And Services Capable Of Supporting Economic And Social Activity, To Improve The Quality Of Life. The General Objective Of This Project Is To Increase The Economic Efficiency Of The Ro Transport Network. The Specific Operational Objective Is To Increase The Travel Speed Between Bucharest And Giurgiu By Reducing Traffic On Existing Routes And Improving Regional Connectivity. As Part Of The Feasibility Study, The Service Provider Will Analyze At Least 3 Route Alternatives That Can Have Distinct Start And End Points (Either With A Starting Point From The A0 Highway / Radial Road 9 Sud Expres / Bucuresti-Alexandria Highway < > / A1 Highway, Either As The End Point Of The Friendship Bridge Connecting Road/The Future Bridge Over The Danube). Regarding The End Point, Next To The Friendship Bridge Connection Road, Respectively The Future Bridge Over The Danube, The Provider Will Also Study The Option With The Connection To Giurgiu Port (Green And High Performance Giurgiu Port), The Free Zone, The Ferry Crossing Point Between Giurgiu And Ruse. The Giurgiu Green And High Performance Port Is Part Of The Initiatives To Modernize And Digitize River Ports, Being Part Of The Green Deal Agenda And The National Sustainable Development Strategy Of Romania. This Objective Aims To Reduce Carbon Emissions Generated By Port And Logistics Activities Through The Use Of Cleaner Technologies, Such As The Electrification Of Equipment And Infrastructure, The Creation Of A Port Operating Model Based On Energy Efficiency And The Reduction Of Fossil Fuel Consumption, Improving Accessibility And Connectivity By Integrating This Port Into Multimodal Transport Networks, Namely Promoting The Use Of Sustainable And Innovative Transport Solutions, Including Facilities For Vessels Using Alternative Fuels. When Choosing Route Alternatives, The Provider Holds
