The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Supply/Maintenance Of Communication And Hardware Equipment For The Needs Of Nsi In Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 Supply, Installation, Configuration And Warranty Support Of Network Routers For The Needs Of The Regional Units Of The National Statistical Institute; Separate Position No. 2 Supply, Installation, Configuration And Warranty Support Of Network Switches For The Needs Of The Regional Units Of The National Statistical Institute; Separate Position No. 3 Provision Of Out-Of-Warranty Support And Software Assurance Of Cisco Systems Communication Equipment For The Needs Of The Nsi (Awarded In Accordance With Article 21, Paragraph 6 Of The Zop) According To Special Position No. 1 And Special Position No. 2, At The Time Of The Opening Of The Procedure, No Funds Have Been Provided From The Nsi Budget. A Contract Will Be Concluded With The Participant Selected As The Contractor In The Public Procurement Under Separate Items No. 1 And 2, According To The Terms And Conditions Of Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. Separate Position No. 3 Provision Of Out-Of-Warranty Support And Software Assurance Of Cisco Systems Communication Equipment For The Needs Of Nsi Will Be Assigned On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Code, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop And The Participants Should Not Submit An Offer For It. On The Basis Of Art. 74, Para. 4 Of The Ppa, The Contracting Authority Applies An Accelerated Procedure. The Contracting Authority Indicates That It Will Take Advantage Of The Opportunity Provided For In Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Ppa To Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants For Separate Position No. 1 And Separate Position No. 2 Before Considering The Documents For Compliance With The Selection Criteria.
