Tenders are invited for Provision of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite (NaClO) for WS1. Proposals Submission Deadline: 23rd December, 2024 at 12:00 PM Baghdad Time. Bidders should submit the following documents in the proposal submission date: 1. Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, and the registration documents in Iraq. c. Companys Tax ID from GCT. 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. The bidder should submit a complete technical offer including a Catalogs, MSDS, TDS, PDS, and any other relevant documentation, and must comply with the specifications mentioned in the scope of supply. If there are no technical details in the offer, the proposal will be considered technically unqualified. 1.4. The delivery will be by work orders and the delivery duration for the materials shall be 1250 kg every half a month after signing contract by both parties. 1.5. Contract duration is Two years.
