Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of 3-Storied Academic Building

Tenders are invited for WD-05: Construction of 3-Storied Academic Building with 3-Storied Foundation incl. Sanitary, Water Supply, Electrification & Installation of Deep-Tubewell works at Rangamati Science and Technology University Sadar Upazila Under Rangamati District. Eligibility of Tenderer: As per ITT & TDS The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works (Building Construction Works) for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting BDT.1000.00 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. (Years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 300.00 lakh. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT.1400.00 Lakh over the last 05 (five) Years. (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date). The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 1200.00 Lakh The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender. Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. All contractors of the Education Engineering Department who have accepted the work order but have not started their work without a valid reason, or those who have not shown satisfactory progress without a valid reason, will be considered non-responsive. Contractors who conceal information about the ongoing work of the Education Engineering Department will be considered non-responsive. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund.
