INTRODUCTION The Mauritius Revenue Authority is inviting bids from eligible and qualified local bidders on the Government of Mauritius e-Procurement System (e-PS) for the Procurement of Cleaning Services. B. BIDDING DOCUMENT Bidding documents can be downloaded from the Government of Mauritius e-Procurement System: https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org as from 1400 hours on Monday 02 December 2024. C. SUBMISSION OF TENDERS Bids must be submitted online on the e-Procurement System at latest by Monday 13 January 2025 up to 1400 hours. D. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from 1631 hours on Monday 13 January 2025 up to 1400 hours on Tuesday 14 January 2025. E. Bids will be opened online on Tuesday 14 January 2025 as from 1401 hours in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder. Bidders are invited and strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting to be held in the Conference Room Level 8, Ehram Court, Cnr. The purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and answer questions on any matter that may be raised at this stage, with particular attention to issues related to the requirements of the bidding documents. G. The Mauritius Revenue Authority reserves the right to: (i) accept or reject any proposal; and (ii)annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
