Financial Agreement And Method Of Payment: The Employer Shall Pay The Contractor The Value Of The Delivered And Accepted Goods And/Or Accepted Services By Bank Transfer Within 15 Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of An Invoice (In Original), Accompanied By A Bilaterally Signed Without Remarks Acceptance-Transmission Protocol For Each Of The Phases Described Below Of The Contract, Accompanied By The Documents Specified In The Technical Specification Certifying The Acceptance Of The Performed Activities. The Price Under The Contract Is Paid As Follows: 1. The Total Price For The Development And Implementation Of The Sap S/4 Hana Private Cloud Edition (Pce) System Is Paid After The Implementation Of The Activities For The Individual Phases, According To The Value Under Letter A Of The Price Proposal / Appendix No. 3 Of The Contract/ As Follows:  10% Of The Value After Acceptance Of The Activities Of Phase 1 Project Preparation And Phase 2 System Design;  20% Of The Value After Accepting The Activities Of Phase 3 Configuration;  20% Of The Value After Accepting The Activities Of Phases 4 Preparation For A Productive Start;  40% Of The Value After Accepting The Activities Of Phase 5 Productive Mode/Hypercare;  10% Of The Value After Acceptance Of The Activities And Closing Of The Project. 2. The Total Price Of The Licenses For A Period Of 36 Months From The Transition Of The System To A Productive Environment Is Paid In Proportional Quarterly Installments For A Period Of 36 Months, According To The Value Under Letter B Of The Price Proposal / Appendix No. 3 Of The Contract
