The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Banking Services To The Budget Of The City Of Chełm And Its Organizational Units In The Years 2025-2030. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Opening And Maintaining Bank Accounts, 2) Providing The Service Of Depositing The Ordering Partys Free Funds, Provided That The Ordering Party Has The Right To Invest The Free Funds In Other Banks, 3) Introducing A Blockade Of Negative Balances On All Accounts, Except For The Account Current Budget Of The City Of Chełm, In Which The Loan Will Be Available; 4) Interest On Cash, 5) Granting A Revolving Loan In The Current Account Of The Citys Budget In Each Year Of The Agreement, 6) Providing An Electronic Banking System To Service Accounts Banking - Minimum Ict Security Requirements Are Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order,7) Electronic Banking System For Servicing Bank Accounts,8) Providing A Virtual Balance Consolidation Service - The Virtual Consolidation Service Will Cover The Ordering Partys Accounts Listed In Annex No. 4 To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order , Including In Particular The Current Account Of The Budget Of The City Of Chełm,9) Providing A Daily Report With A List Of Accounts Not Subject To Consolidation, Also Including Vat Accounts, In The Following Arrangement: Name Of The Holder, Account Number And Name, Account Balance, 10) Execution Of Domestic And Foreign Transfer Orders From The Accounts Of The Ordering Party And Organizational Units In All Modes (Standard, Urgent, Express) And Systems (Elixir, Sorbnet, Swift, Sepa) Submitted Electronically And On Paper, 11) Conducting Settlements In The Form Of Direct Debit,12) Providing Mass Payment Services,13) Providing Cost-Free Cash Services In The Field Of Deposits And Withdrawals,14) Conducting Cash Service In The Building Of The Chełm City Hall At Ul. Lubelska 65,15) Accepting Payments To The Ordering Party Via Pos Terminals,16) Issuing And Handling Visa And/Or Master Card Payment Cards,17) Issuing, Renewing And Handling Prepaid Cards,18) Generating And Forwarding To The Ordering Party And Its Organizational Units Bank Statements,19) Providing The Ordering Party And Municipal Organizational Units With Extracts From Jpk Files For The Entire Period Covered By Banking Services, 20) Informing The Ordering Party By Telephone And Then Confirming Via E-Mail About The Seizure Of Monetary Receivables From Bank Accounts Received By The Contractor On The Day Of Their Receipt, 21) Providing The Ordering Party, On The Terms Specified In The Act Of August 29, 1997, Banking Law, Obtained By The Contractor From The Central Information , Collective Information About The Bank Accounts Of Those Holders In Relation To Which The Ordering Party Obtained Legal Title To The Inheritance (In Paper And Electronic Form), 22) Preparing, At The Ordering Partys Written Request, Opinions, Summaries And Reports Regarding The Banking Services Provided, 23) Support In The Verification Of Bank Accounts
