Sludge Collection Will Be Carried Out Successively In The Amounts And Dates Notified By The Ordering Party. Equipment Used During The Provision Of Services Must Be Tight And Must Have A Load Capacity And Strength Adapted To The Removal Of Sludge. As Part Of The Service Provided, The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect Sewage Sludge Using A Means Of Transport Enabling Self-Loading Of The Container. The Sludge Is To Be Transported And Managed In Accordance With Applicable Environmental Protection Law. Each Time After Collecting The Sludge, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm Its Acceptance In The Bdo System On The Basis Of The Electronic Waste Transfer Card Issued By The Ordering Party. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With One Tight Container That Fits Under The Shelter (Width 400, Height 250, Length 800). During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Replacement Containers During Full Collection, So That There Is One Container At The Sewage Treatment Plant Intended For Collecting Sludge Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
