1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Called Ferry Crossing Service Along The District Road No. 1408 O On The Odra River In Zdzieszowice. The Service Will Consist In: 1) Carrying Out Ferry Transport, 2) Maintaining The Operational Continuity Of The Józef Ferry, Registration Number Kź -03-039 And Ensuring The Appropriate Technical Condition Of The Ferry In Accordance With The Act Of December 21, 2000 On Inland Navigation (Journal Of Laws . Of 2024, Item 395) And The Implementing Regulations In Force In This Regard, 3) Ensuring The Crossing Ferry Every Day From 05:00 To 23:00 In Accordance With The Ferry Operating Schedule Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Ppu, Excluding The Situations Specified In § 2 Section 3 And 4 Of The Agreement.2. The Contractors Specific Obligations Also Include: 1) Performing The Service With Due Diligence, 2) Keeping An Up-To-Date Ferry Operation Log - Annex No. 6 To The Ppu. The Ferry Sailing Log Is The Basis For Settlement, Preparation Of A Monthly Report And Possible Control Of Order Execution, 3) Ensuring The Proper Technical Condition Of The Ferry And All Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Ferry Crossing, 4) Maintaining The Cleanliness And Legibility Of Information Boards, Both At The Crossing And On Access To The Crossing And Maintaining Navigation Signs Regarding The Ferry Crossing, 5) Keeping The Appearance Of The Ferry Crew Clean And Neat, 6) Equipment Of The Ferry Crew In: A) Reflective Vests With The Logo Or Name Of The Company Operating The Ferry, B) Telephone To Ensure 24/7 Permanent Telephone Communication, 7) Protection Against Damage And Theft Of The Ferry And All Equipment, 8) Immediate Information Of Persons Designated By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With § 3 Paragraph 3 Point 1 Of The Ppu, About Irregularities Occurring During The Ongoing Maintenance Of The Ferry Crossing, The Need To Perform Appropriate Repairs, As Well As About Any Situations That May Pose A Threat To The Crossing And Unfavorable Weather Phenomena Affecting The Crossing,9) Compliance With The Regulations Governing The Rules Of Ferry Transport,10) Absolute Compliance With The Ban On Pulling The Rope By Persons Using The Crossing, 11) Ensuring The Conditions Required By The National Labor Inspectorate, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations For The Ferry Staff Sanitary Facilities,12) Making Minor Repairs Related To The Current Maintenance Of The Ferry,13) Maintaining Order And Cleanliness On The Ferry And Its Surroundings, As Well As Clearing Snow And Combating Slipperiness On The Ferry And On Sections Of The Road From The Barriers To The Ferry Entrance During Winter,14) Securing The Ferry In At Night, Along With Daily Mooring/Unmooring Markings,15) Maintaining Vertical Markings Of Dams,16) Marking Roads For The Duration Of Parking At High Water,17) Appropriate Protection Of The Ferry In The Cases Described In Point 7 And 8, Including Carrying Out The Necessary Work Related To Preventing The Water Fr
