The Act, As Well As The Provisions Of The Relevant Implementing Regulations To This Act, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Drawings From It (Journal Of Laws 2023, Item 2758) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Supplementing The Development In The General Plan Of The Commune (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729). Taking Into Account The Above Provisions, 2) Preparation Of A Justification For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 13H Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended).3) Preparation Of Spatial Data For The General Plan In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of October 26, 2020 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws .
