The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of A General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Mordy Within The Administrative Boundaries - Hereinafter Referred To As The General Plan With A Justification Consisting Of A Text And Graphic Part, Along With Carrying Out The Entire Planning Procedure.2. The General Plan That Is The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Legal Acts, In Particular: 1) The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130) , Hereinafter Referred To As The U.P.Z.P.,2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Project General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Outlines From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758),3) Act Of October 3, 2008 On The Provision Of Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112),4) The Provisions Of Resolution No. Lxi/433/2024 Of The City Council In Mordy Of March 26, 2024 On The Commencement Of The Preparation Of The General Plan Of The City And Commune Of Mordy,5) The Act Of April 27, 2001, Environmental Protection Law ( Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 54, As Amended),6) By Regulation Of The Minister Of Development I Technology Of October 24, 2023 On Spatial Data Sets And Metadata In The Field Of Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2020, Item 1916, As Amended),7) Taking Into Account Comments Submitted By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Decisions Regarding Spatial Development,8) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts Relating To The Subject Of The Order, Including: Regarding Environmental Protection, Protection Of Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads.3.
