1. The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies Under The Task Titled: Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Baranów Sandomierski Commune In 2025. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane (Group E) Low-Pressure Natural Gas, Consisting In The Sale Of Gaseous Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To Installations Located In The Facilities The Ordering Party, Hereinafter Referred To As The Reception Places, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 3 To This Specification.2) The Total Amount Of Gaseous Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Period Of Validity Contracts To The Collection Locations Specified In Annex 3 To This Specification Is Estimated At 648,038 Kwh. The Amount Of Gas Volume Consumption May Be Increased Or Decreased To 20% Of The Volume.3) The Given Volume Of Gas Fuel Specified In Point 2 Is An Estimated Value Based On Current Consumption. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel In Relation To The Quantity Specified In Point. 2. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Supply Gaseous Fuel In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Consumption Forecast. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Failure To Collect The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel By The Ordering Party. Any Change In The Estimated Consumption Specified In Point 2 Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed.4. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act.5. The Gas Fuel Distribution Service To Collection Points Will Be Carried Out Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Dso - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. Based In Warsaw.6. Requirements For The Contractor: The Ordering Party Will Grant The Selected Contractor A Power Of Attorney To: 1) Terminate The Existing Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Fuel, Or Submit A Declaration On The Termination Of The Comprehensive Contracts For The Supply Of Gas Fuel In Accordance With The Mutual Agreement Of The Parties, 2) Submit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party A Comprehensive Contract For The Supply Of Gas Fuel To Distribution System Operator In Order To Implement The Concluded Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply Agreement,3) Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Dso And The Current Supplier Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Switching Procedure And Effectively Commence The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel.7.
