Tenders are invited for Procurement of Service for Cleaning of Buses at the Five( 05) Depots of the Ntc (Btd, Rrd, Fsd,Ltkd and Sod). 1. The National Transport Corporation is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritius opened to local bidder through the Government eProcurement System for the PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE FOR CLEANING OF BUSES AT THE FIVE( 05) DEPOTS OF THE NTC (BTD, RRD, FSD,LTKD AND SOD) 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: NTC/IFB/2024/315 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Friday 27th December 2024 11.00 hrs up to 13.00 hrs 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids as from Friday 27th December 2024 from13.01 hrs till Monday 30th December 2024 up to 13. 00 hrs. 5. Bids will be opened online on Monday 30th December 2024 13.01 up to Monday 30th December 2024 16.00. 6. The National Transport Corporation reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
