The Construction Site Is The Ventilation/Air Conditioning And Heating System Of The Jukola Daycare Center (Aleksis Kiven Tie 1, 02580 Siuntio, Property Id: 755-459-1-569 And Building Id: 1006159914) Located In The Siunti Municipalitys Site Plan Area, According To The Plans, Plan Drawings, Construction And Work Reports And Contract Program Renewal Renewal With Ventilation/Air Conditioning And Ground Heating/Cooling Systems As Well As Heat Distribution/Heat Pumping Rooms, Geothermal/Cooling Wells And Solar Energy Recovery Systems As A Complete Contract With The Kvr Principle Turnkey Based On The Design Material Of The Contract Contract With All Possible Additional, Work And Other Planning, Planning Acceptance, Demolition, Construction, With Electricity, Heat, Water And Sewerage, Cooling, Ventilation, Adjustment, Remote Control And Monitoring And Building Automation Works With All Materials, Machines, Devices, Installations And Other Works Fully Completed, Tested, Functional And Usable With Final Documentation Handed Over To The Customer .The Contractor Must Implement The Construction Site According To The Plans As A Kvr Project With All Necessary Follow-Up And/Or With Additional Plans, In Accordance With The Second Two Alternative Implementation Solutions Chosen By The Customer After An Open Public Tender In The Municipal Decision-Making Process, And Further As Follows: Option 1 Structural Technical Demolition, Alteration And New Construction Works, Reservations And Route Preparations For Air Conditioning Works, Dismantling Of Decommissioned Ventilation Machines And Equipment Above The Floor Structure, Including Pipelines And Electrical Supply To The Extent Necessary, That Of The District Heating Pipelines And The Heat Distribution Room Disconnection Of The Equipment For Decommissioning And Dismantling And Construction Of The Geothermal Heating And Cooling System To Operational Condition By 30.09.2025 (Heating On For The Winter Season) Including Wells And Electric Storage Tanks Renewal Of The Ventilation/Air Conditioning System And Commissioning Of The Geothermal Heating And Cooling System Including All Air Conditioning Machines, Devices And Pipelines Including The Hvac Work Related To The Above And The Solar Energy Recovery System Construction And Commissioning During 2025 In The Following Period 03.02. – 28.11.2025.
