The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement With (1) One Contractor. The Framework Agreement Will Consist Of A Priced Core Range And Discount Agreements On The Deliveries Of Other Products. The Client Expects More From The Contractor Than Just The Delivery Of Lockers. Installation, Advice And Preparation, Service/Warranty And Maintenance Are Also Part Of The Assignment. In Addition, A Separate Processing Agreement Is Concluded For The Delivery Of The Associated Saas Solution, Which Applies If Schools Opt For Digital Locking Systems (See Attachment). The Contractor Will Be Awarded The Best Price/Quality Ratio Based On The Award Criterion. It Is Desirable That The Quality And Delivery Of The Lockers Meet The Requirements And Wishes As Described In These Tender Documents. It Concerns Both Technical Quality And Aesthetic Quality. The Degree Of Uniformity And Interchangeability Is Of Great Importance. The Scope Of The Tender Consists Of, But Is Not Limited To: Purchase, Installation, Maintenance And Assembly Of Lockers Of Different Sizes And Designs, Available In Different Colors With Both Conventional And Digital Locking Systems. Part Of The Tender Is The Order To Supply Lockers For Melanchthon Bergschenhoek. This Concerns A Delivery Of Approximately 1,100 Lockers To Be Installed During The May Holidays Of 2025. The Final Number And Implementation Will Be Determined After The Tender Has Been Awarded And Will Partly Depend On The Options And Advice Of The Contractor. Excluded From Scope: The Supply Of Lockers That Are Built Into Furniture, Such As Sofas Or Interior Finishing.
