1. The Subject Of The Task Is The Modernization Of Office Rooms With Adaptation To The Crisis Management Center Of The Stegna Commune, Located In A Building Located In Stegna At Ul. Gdańska 7, Located On Plot No. 783/4, Stegna District, Stegna Commune.2. Scope Of Work: - Demolition Of Partition Walls In The Planned Social Room, - Punching Holes For The Planned Doors, - Dismantling Existing Floor Coverings And Chipping Away Wall Tiles, - Forging Out Doors For Replacement, - Dismantling Existing Window Sills, - Dismantling Bathroom Fittings, Kitchen Appliances, Furniture ,- Brickwork And Erection Of A New Partition Wall,- Installation Of Window Sills,- Priming Of Walls And Ceilings And Two-Layer Plastering, - Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, - Construction Of Suspended Ceilings, - Laying Tile Floors And Tile Wall Coverings, - Cleaning And Painting Of Balustrades, - New Lining Of External Stairs With Cement Slurry Insulation, - Installation Of New Doors, - Installation Of Ventilation Grilles And Chimney Sweep Inspection, - Removal And Disposal Of Waste.3. Apart From The Subject Of The Order, Only Work Necessary For Safety Or The Need To Prevent Failure May Be Performed Without The Ordering Partys Consent, If It Does Not Increase The Value Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About The Need To Perform The Above-Mentioned Works. 4. The Contractor Will Appoint And Employ A Construction Works Manager At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Provide The Current Rights Of The Works Manager To The Ordering Party No Later Than On The Designated Date Of Signing The Contract.5. Due To The Nature Of The Works In The Existing Building, The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of Occurrence Of Events And Works Not Covered By The Construction Design, Which The Contractor Should Anticipate And Take Into Account In His Calculation. In Order To Correctly Calculate The Costs Of The Works Covered By This Procedure, The Contractor Should Absolutely Conduct A Site Visit Before Submitting The Offer. 6. The Technical Documentation Constitutes Annex No. 11 To This Swz And Is Its Integral Part. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offer Valuation Be Preceded By A Site Visit Of The Facility Where The Works Will Be Carried Out In Order To Evaluate The Documents And Information Provided By The Ordering Party As Part Of This Procedure And Should Take Into Account All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Law And Technical Knowledge.
