Subject Of The Order: Expansion Of The Sanitary Sewage System In The Town Of Rudziniec - Organizing The Sewage Management In The Rudziniec Commune Divided Into Tasks: Task No. 2 - Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Akacjowa, Jaśminowa, Brzozowa And Internal Roads From Górna. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation. - From The Moment Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Liable On General Terms For Damage To Persons And Property Resulting From The Construction Site. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Design, With Observing All The Conditions Specified In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications. - Carrying Out Works, Acceptance And Organization (Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) On The Premises The Works Carried Out Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations. - The Contractor Will Perform All Checks, Tests, Measurements Of The Works Performed And Will Obtain Positive Acceptance Reports From The Institutions Or Persons Used, If Required By Law Or Other Regulations Necessary For Proper Use. Other Conditions: 1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing The Works, Separating, Securing And Marking The Work Area And Securing Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties If They Are Available. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area And Communication Routes Within The Work Area Clean Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis. 3. In The Event Of Any Failures And Damages Occurring On The Work Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately And Effectively. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage For Which The Contractor And Entities Acting On Its Behalf (Subcontractors) Are Jointly And Severally Liable. The Costs Of Repairing Any Damage Shall Be Borne By The Contractor. 4. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Violating Environmental Protection Regulations On The Site Of Works, For Air, Water And Ground Pollution, For The Protection Of Birds, Trees And Bushes, And For Noise Emissions To An Extent That Completely Relieves The Ordering Party From Liability. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport Waste And Materials From The Construction Site To A Legal Landfill. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be Submitted By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Within 7 (Seven) Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
